Life after 50 doesn’t have to mean settling for inactivity. You don’t have to live with aches, pains, stiffness and fears of ill health. You can be fit, and stay fit and healthy at 50 and beyond. Functional movement is the key. This workshop incorporates the latest functional mobility and movement with yoga flow and mindful awareness to provide a foundation for a lifetime of physical fitness and emotional well-being.
