FHIIT Functional Flow

This yoga class series incorporates functional mobility with traditional yoga flow (vinyasa) and focused breath-work along with an infusion of the latest insights from fitness science. You will experience functional movements that relate to everyday life. You will learn to use breath work and mindful movement to focus your intention (kriyas). These yoga classes provide a holistic yoga experience that will stretch and strengthen your body, calm your mind and support your spirit. You will sweat with a purpose, focus with intention and mindfully flow for 75 minutes of moving meditation. Suitable for all levels using props and modifications. Intermediate and advanced yogis welcomed with additional variations. Come experience an old and new approach to your yoga practice.
