Quiet: Savasana Edition

Meditation can be hard. Savasana is easy, and brings ease. We'll combine the best of both in this meditation class.
5:30-5:35 p.m. Yoga warm up
5:35-5:40 p.m. Meditation basics
5:40-5:50 p.m. Guided Meditation (in Savasana)
5:50-6:15 p.m. Savasana

Assists will be given in Savasana. If unwanted, there will be an easy way to opt out.
All levels of yoga and meditation student, including brand new and beginning students, are welcome.
