This course takes you through 108 sun salutations over the course of 9 days. That's 12 salutations each day.Typically performed all at once, these sun salutations heat up the body. The repetition and difficulty provide a simple point of focus to slough off the excesses of your mind (help you focus your mind). We broke them up to 1) provide a rhythm and routine for you in the midst of uncertainty, 2) make them more accessible, and 3) be more strengthening and uplifting than exhausting.Each day of sun salutations will combine repetitive practice while also incorporating new elements.Once the course is purchased, you will receive an email with the first day's practice as well as an additional video with different posture options that you can use throughout the salutations series. Each day, for the next eight days, you will receive an additional email with the next day of sun salutations on it.
